Welcome Dr Rhian Pickard

Dr Rhian Pickard is a skin cancer doctor who is passionate about skin cancer detection and treatment, including educating patients about protecting themselves from skin cancer & self-detection. She graduated in 2003 from the University of Liverpool, UK and started surgical training, mainly in Burns and plastic surgery. She embarked on general GP training in 2007.

Upon moving to Australia in 2012, she has continued to do skin surgery. In recent years, she has dedicated time and training to increasing these skills and training extensively in dermoscopy to become competent in skin cancer detection and management. Currently working toward Accreditation with the Skin Cancer College Australasia.

Dr Rhain Pickard has worked locally in the Macedon Ranges for many years and is joining SkinGP on the 5th of January 2026, with bookings now available via the SkinGP website.
